RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Rachel McDowell served as a member of the Lake County Board of Health from March 12, 2024, through June 24, 2026, devoting more than two years to public service on behalf of the residents of Lake County; and
WHEREAS, during her tenure, Rachel McDowell brought thoughtful consideration, attentive participation, and a valuable perspective to the matters presented to the Board of Health; and
WHEREAS, Rachel McDowell generously contributed her time and experience in support of the Board's responsibility to promote and protect the health and well-being of the Lake County community; and
WHEREAS, her willingness to serve reflected a sincere commitment to civic responsibility, collaborative governance, and the mission of the Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and members of the Lake County Board of Health, that we hereby recognize Rachel McDowell and express our sincere appreciation for her dedicated service and contributions to the Board of Health and the residents of Lake County; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Lake County Board of Health extends its gratitude and best wishes to Rachel McDowell upon the conclusion of her service.
