As of September 21, 2023, there are 4,774 individuals on our general medicine new client waitlist, 3,937 adults and 837 pediatrics. These individuals are looking to establish care in our following health centers:
• Belvidere Medical Building: 28%
• Midlakes: 22%
• Zion: 15%
• North Chicago: 13%
• Grand: 11%
• North Shore: 6%
• Libertyville: 5%
Staffing Update
Open positions:
• Patient Access Center (PAC): 2 Clerks
• Health Center Clerk: 3
• Health Center Medical Assistant: 3
• Health Center Staff Nurse: 1
• RN Manager: 3
• APRN/MD/DO: 4 (+1 currently out on FMLA)
• Health Center Dental Assistant: 1
• Health Center Dental Hygienist: 1
• Referral Specialist: 1
• FQHC Therapist: 3 (out of 7)
• FQHC Psychiatrist: 2 (PT)
Dental Update
Delta Dental Grant: The Health Center Community Health Workers continue outreach to parents/guardians to promote oral health and schedule appointments for dental services.
