WHEREAS, Henry J. Bogdala has resigned as a member of the Lake County Sheriff's Office Merit Commission, creating a vacancy for the remainder of his term expiring December 14, 2014; and
 
WHEREAS, it is the request of your Chairman that Kenneth Kessler be appointed as a member of the Lake County Sheriff's Office Merit Commission to fill the vacancy created by Henry J. Bogdala for a term ending December 14, 2014.
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that Kenneth Kessler is hereby appointed to serve on the Lake County Sheriff's Office Merit Commission for a term ending December 14, 2014.
