Environmental Health is proposing minor revisions to the Environmental Health Fees Schedule. The description of the fee for Board of Health Hearings is revised for clarity, and in conjunction with revisions to other Environmental Health Ordinances, to state that violations and/or enforcement actions regarding any ordinance under Title XVII (Health) may be appealed before the Board of Health Hearings Committee. The other minor revision is the removal of the fee for a soil evaluation review/filing fee, as this fee is no longer assessed.
These proposed revisions were reviewed and approved by the Environmental Health Advisory Committee at their May 13, 2024, meeting.
