Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Quality Improvement (QI) Funding, $66,000 - Zun

On August 13, 2019, HRSA awarded the LCHD a total of $66,000 in QI funding. The amount received was based on: 1) LCHD maintaining Primary Care Medical Home (PCMH) recognition; and 2) LCHD utilizing health information technology systems to increase access to care and advance quality of care. These one-time funds were added to LCHD’s section 330 grant. The grant period is August 1, 2019 - July 31, 2020. Funds will be used for staff training, patient satisfaction software and consultant services.
