Staff Summary
·      Newport Cove PUD is located on the north side of Grass Lake Road at the end of Bluff Lake Road in Antioch Township (District 1).
·      The applicant requests a reduction in the maintenance assurance to cover the costs of the remaining maintenance items, and an extension of the performance period beyond the maximum permitted three-year period to complete performance items related to wetland landscape improvements.
·      Staff recommends approval of the variance with an extension of the performance period until June 15, 2012.
