WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the Lake County Affordable Housing Commission, and
WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Jeffrey Marshall, 21055 West Yorkshire Drive, Kildeer, Illinois as a Member of the Lake County Affordable Housing Commission for a term ending November 30, 2011.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Jeffrey Marshall as a Member of the Lake County Affordable Housing Commission be, and the same is hereby confirmed, for a term ending November 30, 2011, or until his successor shall have been duly appointed and qualified.
