                     WHEREAS, there now exists a vacancy on the Lake County Sheriff’s Merit Commission; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment and reappointment of John Matejevich, 3045 21^st Place, North Chicago, Illinois, as a Member of the Lake County Sheriff’s Office Merit Commission for a partial term ending December 14, 2009 and a reappointment for a full term ending December 14, 2015.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of John Matejevich for a partial term ending December 14, 2009 and reappointment of a full term ending December 14, 2015 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
