· The County Board has provided $900,000 for Phase II Design Engineering services to date.
· Additional Phase II Design Engineering services have been requested for revisions to the Plat of Highway and legal descriptions, adding curb/gutter/storm sewer to Wadsworth Road west of Delany Road, deleting the Joseph Drive proposed right turn lane, creating sediment/erosion control plans per stage and additional agency coordination.
· A supplemental appropriation of $25,000 of Matching Tax funds is necessary to provide for the cost of these additional services and designated as Section 00-00093-15-WR.

R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Delany Rd. (County Highway 22) is a designated route on the county highway system; and
WHEREAS, it would be beneficial to the safety and welfare of the motoring public if Delany Rd. from Sunset Ave. to Wadsworth Rd. could be improved by widening and reconstruction; and
WHEREAS, Lake County, by and through its Division of Transportation, has caused to be prepared Phase II (Design Engineering) plans; and
WHEREAS, this County Board of Lake County, Illinois has appropriated a total of $900,000 for Phase II (Design Engineering) engineering services to date; and
WHEREAS, this supplemental appropriation is needed to provide for additional Phase II (Design Engineering) engineering services for revisions to the Plat of Highway and Legal Descriptions, adding curb/gutter/storm sewer to Wadsworth Road west of Delany Road, deleting the Joseph Drive proposed right turn lane, creating sediment/erosion control plans per stage and addit...
