• Conditions in the housing market and the practices of the Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA) have led the Affordable Housing Corporation to request a change in their project for 2010 Downpayment Assistance.
• The proposed change, if approved, does not require a substantial amendment to the 2010 Action Plan, public hearing or comment period.
• The attached memos outline the request, of which staff recommends approval.
