                     WHEREAS, the term of R. Delacy Peters as a Member of the Lake County Housing Authority has expired; and

                     WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of R. Delacy Peters as a Member of the Lake County Housing Authority for a term ending April 16, 2014.

                     NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of R. Delacy Peters as a Member of the Lake County Housing Authority for a term ending April 16, 2014 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
