R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Board of Lake County, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for bituminous pavement removal and resurfacing on Busse Lane, North Lake Shore Drive (and the parking area along North Lake Shore Drive), Wacker Drive, North Hillside Drive and Lake View Court in the Fox Lake Hills Subdivision in Lake Villa Township Road District and designated as Section 10-09147-05-GM; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication and calling for said bids, sealed bids were received and opened on April 27, 2010, at 10:00 AM at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois; a tabulation of said bids being as follows:

WHEREAS, the Public Works and Transportation Committee, the County Engineer and the Purchasing Agent have examined each bid, and it appears that the lowest responsible bidder is Peter Baker & Son Co., Inc., Lake Bluff, IL their bid being $227,180.71 based on estimated quantities and unit prices; and
