· This improvement is included in the 2013 Program.
· Before a project letting can be held, an appropriation of $3,375,000 of County Bridge Tax funds is necessary.

R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Miller Road, County Highway 2, is a designated route on the County highway system; and
WHEREAS, it would be beneficial for the safety and welfare of the motoring public if Miller Road, from Glen Circle Drive to Biltmore Drive, could be elevated by the placement of a dry-land bridge with 3-spans to alleviate road flooding; and
WHEREAS, plans, specifications and estimates of costs for this improvement have been completed and this improvement is now ready to proceed to contract letting; and
WHEREAS, before a construction letting can be held, an appropriation of funds is needed.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Lake County Board, that there is hereby appropriated $3,375,000 of County Bridge Tax funds for the construction of a dry-land bridge with 3-spans to alleviate road flooding on Miller Road, from Glen Circle Drive to Biltmore Drive, and designated as Section 08-00118-09-BR
