WHEREAS, there now exists a vacancy on the Manitou Creek Drainage District; and
WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Michael Warner as a member of the Manitou Creek Drainage District for a term beginning immediately and ending on September 5, 2028.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Michael Warner as a member of the Manitou Creek Drainage District for a term beginning immediately and ending on September 5, 2028, be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
