New Client Wait List
As of April 25, 2024, there are 3,448 individuals on our general medicine new client waitlist, 3,182 adults and 266 pediatrics. These individuals are looking to establish care in our following health centers:
• Belvidere Medical Building: 35%
• Midlakes: 23%
• Grand: 20%
• North Chicago: 7%
• North Shore: 6%
• Libertyville: 6%
• Zion: 3%
The total new client wait list has been reduced by 469 total individuals, 300 adults, and 169 pediatrics, since the April report to Governing Council. There are currently 70 new patient appointment slots per week.

• Health Center Medical Assistant: 7
• Staff LPN/RN: 3
• RN Manager: 2
• APRN/MD/DO: 6
• FQHC Therapist: 3 (out of 7)
