WHEREAS, there now exists a vacancy on the Barrington Countryside Fire Protection District; and OR

WHEREAS, the term of Walter Dalitsch, Jr. as a Member of the Barrington Countryside Fire Protection District has expired; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Paul Struck as a Member of the Barrington Countryside Fire Protection District for a term ending May 2, 2016.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Paul Struck as Member of the Barrington Countryside Fire Protection District for a term ending May 2, 2016 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
