WHEREAS, the term of Mark Chandler as a member of the Avon-Fremont Drainage District has expired; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of Mark Chandler as a member of the Avon-Fremont Drainage District for a term ending September 5, 2016.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointment of Mark Chandler as a member of the Avon-Fremont Drainage District for a term ending September 5, 2016 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
