Staff Summary

·      The subdivision is located on the west side of Delaney Road approximately 1000 ft. south of 9th Street in Newport Township (District 2).

·      The applicant requests an extension of the performance period beyond the maximum permitted three-year period to complete wetland and drainage improvements.

·      A recent inspection of the subdivision determined that the performance assurances cannot be released at this time.

·      Staff recommends approval of the variance with an extension of the performance period until November 16, 2012.
