* The intersection of Rollins Road at Wilson Boulevard, will be improved with increased drainage capacity, including storm sewer, grading, patching, utility relocations and site restoration.

R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Rollins Road, County Highway 31, is a designated route on the County highway system; and

WHEREAS, the Lakes Region Sanitary District (LRSD) and Lake County believe it would be beneficial for the safety and welfare of the motoring public if Rollins Road at Wilson Boulevard could be improved by increased drainage capacity, including storm sewer, grading, patching, utility relocations and site restoration; and

WHEREAS, this improvement includes the relocation of a portion of the LRSD sanitary sewer within the limits of the County improvement; and

WHEREAS, the LRSD will reimburse the County for its share of this improvement, estimated to be $74,646; and

WHEREAS, Lake County and the LRSD are desirous of entering into an agreement stating the terms and conditions for the relocation of a portion of the LRSD sanitary sewer within the limits of the County improvement, a draft copy of which is attached hereto; and

WHEREAS, the LRSD approved this agreement on July 13, 2017.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Lake County Board, that the County Board Chair, the County Clerk, and the Acting County Engineer of Lake County, Illinois, are authorized, and are hereby directed to enter into an ...
