RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the County of Lake (County) owns, operates and maintains several sanitary sewer systems within the County; and

WHEREAS, Public Works provides sewer service throughout portions of Lake County and undertakes rehabilitation of deteriorated and aging sanitary sewer systems; and

WHEREAS, in 2023 an invitation to bid on sewer lining was extended by the Village of Arlington Heights on behalf of the participating Municipal Partnering Initiative (MPI) group members Arlington Heights, Glencoe, Glenview, Golf, Kenilworth, Lake County Public Works, Lincolnshire, Northfield, Prospect Heights, Riverwoods & Winnetka; and
