WHEREAS, Lake County Stormwater Management Commission (SMC) has entered into a Joint Resolution authorizing an emergency appropriation to reduce Fiscal Year 2012 budget in line item 212-4202120-45340 by $97,001. This amount was included in the FY2012 recommended budget, and also appropriated by the board in October, 2011 as an emergency appropriation, and has therefore inflated this line item budget.
 
WHEREAS, the Stormwater Management Commission has entered into agreements with the Village of Bannockburn, the Village of Deerfield and the Village of Green Oaks to implement Best Management Practices consistent with the North Branch of the Chicago River watershed-based plan.
 
WHEREAS, the Stormwater Management Commission has entered into an agreement with the United States Environmental Protection Agency for Great Lakes Restoration Initiative Phase 2, and the Village of Winthrop Harbor for in-ground construction project on Dead Dog Creek.
 
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the revenue budget in 212-4201010-45340 shall be reduced by $97,001 for grant administrative purposes.
