WHEREAS, there now exists a vacancy on the Lake County Affordable Housing Commission; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Linda Pedersen as a Member of the Lake County Affordable Housing Commission for a term ending November 30, 2012.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that appointment of Linda Pedersen as a Member of the Lake County Affordable Housing Commission be, and the same is hereby confirmed, for a term ending November 30, 2012 or until his successor shall have been duly appointed and qualified.
