RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the term of Mark Chandler as a member of the Avon-Fremont Drainage District expired on September 6, 2022; and

WHEREAS, members continue to serve until they are reappointed, or a successor is appointed; and

WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of Patrick Aubyrn as a member of the Avon-Fremont Drainage District to complete the remaining term, beginning immediately and ending on Tuesday, September 2, 2025.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of Patrick Aubyrn as a member of the Avon-Fremont Drainage District to complete the remaining term, beginning immediately and ending on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
