Ratification of Municipal Advisory Committee (MAC) Chair and Vice-Chair Ratification
Staff Summary
• MAC is a forum for local government representatives to discuss inter-jurisdictional issues and projects, NPDES Phase II, and to serve as a resource. It is Chaired by two members of a municipal community in Lake County.
• Per the MAC bylaws, the SMC Chair must approve the MAC officer appointments and ratification is requested from the Commission. Chairman Schmit has given his approval for the appointments.
• SMC is recommending the following: Erika Frable, Village of Hawthorn Woods, and Chris Bouchard, HMG Engineers, for two-year terms beginning on October 2, 2026.
