R E S O L U T I O N

WHEREAS, Miller Road, County Highway 2, is a designated route on the County highway system; and

WHEREAS, it would be beneficial for the safety and welfare of the motoring public if Miller Road, from Glen Circle Drive to Biltmore Drive, could be elevated by the placement of a three span bridge to alleviate road flooding; and

WHEREAS, the improvement will require 2882 cubic yards of off-site compensatory flood storage and four temporary easements owned by the Village of North Barrington; and

WHEREAS, Lake County and the Village of North Barrington are desirous of entering into an agreement providing the terms and conditions for the compensatory flood storage and four temporary easements, a draft copy attached hereto; and

WHEREAS, Lake County will compensate the Village of North Barrington $150,000 for said compensatory flood storage; and
