Committee action regarding the Lake County Affordable Housing Program.

Staff Summary

•                     The Lake County Affordable Housing Program was created by the Lake County Board in FY01 and the County has annually appropriated funds to this program to support affordable housing activities in Lake County.

•                     The Community Development Division administers this program.

•                     On August 4^th Staff presented the LCAHP Program Criteria to HCS members regarding possible suggested revisions to the Program Criteria.

•                     Committee direction to staff regarding the proposed changes to the program criteria and to direct staff to proceed with the appropriate notifications for fund availability and solicit applications for projects.
