WHEREAS the term of Pamela Newton as the alternate director of the Solid Waste Agency of Lake County (SWALCO) has expired; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the reappointment of Pamela Newton as the alternate director of the Solid Waste Agency of Lake County for a term ending April 30, 2010.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County,

Illinois, that the reappointment of Pamela Newton as the alternate director of the Solid Waste Agency of Lake County for a term ending April 30, 20010, or until her successor shall have been duly appointed and qualified be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
