Staff Summary

·      On September 20, 2007, the Stormwater Management Commission began the WDO amendment discussions with the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC).

·      SMC has been approving groups of amendments over the past several months and is anticipating completion in January of 2012.

·      Ninety-six amendments are proposed, including: federal mandates, clarifications, and ordinance administration enhancements.

·      SMC staff will provide an overview of the amendments and the schedule for formal consideration.
