RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the Lake County Division of Transportation is a licensed user of the Capital Program Management System (CPMS); and
WHEREAS, the Lake County Division of Transportation has held said license from 1990 until the present; and
WHEREAS, the Capital Program Management System (CPMS) is used extensively for a combined source of data in tracking the Division of Transportation’s 5-year program, the Division of Transportation’s annual program and the Division of Transportation’s MFT reports to IDOT; and
WHEREAS, this County Board of Lake County, at its meeting of January 13, 2004, authorized execution of an agreement between Lake County and Victor S. Teglasi of Scarsdale, New York, for maintenance and support of said Capital Program Management System for the 5-year period, beginning January 2004 and extending through December 2008; and
WHEREAS, it is now appropriate to enter into new 5-year maintenance and support agreement beginning January 2009 and extending through December 2013 for said Capital Program Management System.
