RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the County of Lake (County) owns, operates, and maintains wastewater treatment facilities and drinking water systems; and

WHEREAS, as part of our preventative maintenance program painting projects were planned for the Mill Creek Water Reclamation Facility Aeration tanks and Bradley Road Reservoir; and

WHEREAS, in accordance with the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, bids were called for by publication for the Fiscal Year 2023 Painting Projects for Lake County Public Works; and

WHEREAS, G.P. Maintenance Services, Inc. is the lowest responsive, responsible bidder in the amount of $86,500; with bids received ranging in total amount from $86,500 to $291,413.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract with G.P. Maintenance Services, Inc. of Palos Hills, Illinois in the amount of $86,500 for ...
