RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the terms of Frank Belmonte, Christina Cerk, Carl Hagstrom, Sandra Larson, and Rachel McDowell as members of the Lake County Board of Health will expire on June 30, 2025; and
WHEREAS, your Chair requests that this County Board confirm the reappointments of Frank Belmonte, Christina Cerk, Carl Hagstrom, Sandra Larson, and Rachel McDowell as members of the Lake County Board of Health for terms beginning on July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2028.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the reappointments of Frank Belmonte, Christina Cerk, Carl Hagstrom, Sandra Larson, and Rachel McDowell as members of the Lake County Board of Health for terms beginning on July 1, 2025 and ending June 30, 2028, be, and the same are hereby confirmed.
