RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for concrete patching on various county highways, and designated as Section 25-00000-10-GM; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication and calling for said bids, sealed bids were received and opened on March 11, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois; a tabulation of said bids being as follows:

WHEREAS, the Public Works and Transportation Committee, the County Engineer and the Purchasing Agent have examined each bid, and it appears that the lowest responsible bidder is Schroeder & Schroeder, Inc., Skokie, Illinois, their bid being $465,700 based on estimated quantities and unit prices; and
WHEREAS, an appropriation of funds is required.
