•                     The County Board Rules of Order and Operational Procedures (“Board Rules”) were originally adopted on December 16, 2022 after the Lake County Board’s post-election reorganization.

•                     Additional amendments were made at the September 28, 2023 Rules Committee meeting.

•                     Final amendments were made at the October 10, 2023 County Board meeting.

RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, the County Board Rules of Order and Operational Procedures (“Board Rules”) were originally adopted on December 16, 2022 after the Lake County Board’s post-election reorganization; and

WHEREAS, the Rules Committee has recommended amendments to the Board Rules.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the attached County Board Rules of Order and Operational Procedures, Rules Amendment Number One, is hereby approved.
