R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Grass Lake Road (County Highway 18) is a designated route on the county highway system; and
WHEREAS, the slope walls of the Grass Lake Road Narrows Bridge are in need of maintenance including filling the voids that have developed beneath and below said slope walls; and
WHEREAS, the above-said repairs to the slope walls is in the 2009 program.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that there is hereby appropriated $125,000 of County Bridge Tax funds to provide for the repairs of the slope walls to the Grass Lake Road Narrows Bridge including filling the void that have developed beneath and below said slope walls said repairs designated by Section 09-00059-08-BR.
