Attached for your review and approval is the summary of accomplishments for the 2025 Compliance Work Plan and the proposed 2026 Compliance Work Plan.
The summary for the 2025 Compliance Work Plan briefly describes accomplishments to satisfy the identified gaps or areas for improvement.
The proposal for the 2026 Compliance Work Plan describes activities in support of the agency’s Compliance Plan during the calendar year 2026. It is used to provide a structured approach and specific objectives the agency plans to accomplish to improve its compliance program. We continue to focus on improvements and opportunities related to information privacy and security, financial controls, and the software systems or procedures supporting an effective and efficient operation.
These documents have been reviewed with the Compliance, Privacy and Security Workgroup, comprised of staff subject matter experts.
These documents will be provided annually for review and approval by the Board of Health and Governing Council to promote conversation and understanding regarding past accomplishments and future areas of development in the Compliance Program.

To accept the summary of accomplishments for the 2025 Compliance Work Plan and approve the proposed 2026 Compliance Work Plan.
