Staff Summary
·      On August 3, 2010, the Committee granted a variance from Article 10 - Subdivisions of the UDO that involved an agreement between the County and the developer, Collodi Builders, Inc., to temporarily suspend the county's approval of the Final Plat for Bull Creek Drive Subdivision; the basis for the agreement was the decline in the housing market.
·      The variation required the developer to complete the subdivision by August 3, 2012.
·      The developer is requesting another variance to extend the agreement until August 3, 2014 to maintain the viability of the subdivision.
·      Staff recommends granting the requested variance.
