Staff Summary

•                     MDS Coordinator positions are needed to maximize Medicare & Medicaid revenue.

•                     The positions of Manager of Rehab Services (Grade 14), Licensed Practical Nurse (Grade 10), and Registered Nurse (Grade 12) will be eliminated to create the additional MDS Coordinator positions:

•                     Full-time Tele/Op Receptionist offers more consistency for lobby coverage and enhances customer service. Currently one (1) part-time Tele/Op Receptionist position is vacant. 

•                     Projected cost savings for all changes will be $3,217.79.
