Presented are six (6) LIP for initial appointment and reappointment. The Medical Director has verified the privileges requested by the provider are appropriate for the provider’s training and experience. The Medical Director, Board of Health, and Governing Council Personnel Committee have studied the applications, raised questions where necessary, and recommend approval.
