WHEREAS, pursuant to authority granted by this Lake County Board, the County Engineer heretofore called for sealed bids, by publication, for the 2014 ITS PASSAGE improvements; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said publication and calling for said bids, sealed bids were received and opened on September 30, 2014, at 10:00 AM at the Lake County Division of Transportation in Libertyville, Illinois; a tabulation of said bids being as follows:
