Staff Summary
· The Village of Round Lake Heights is requesting a change in their 2011 & 2012 project from the originally intended watermain improvement to roadway improvement.
· The project would still occur in the same census tract block group and therefore benefit the same number of persons.
· Staff recommends Commission approval of this request, which will be followed by a 30-day comment period before submission to HUD.
