* There is a need to have a maintenance and service contract for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) and building automation system (BAS) owned and operated by Lake County.
* Facilities and Construction Services identified a cooperative purchasing contract with Trane U.S. Inc., Willowbrook, Illinois, through Omnia Partners to procure the HVAC and BAS maintenance service that was competitively solicited and awarded.
* Pursuant to Section 33.115 of the Lake County Purchasing Ordinance, Cooperative Joint Purchasing, Lake County may participate in a cooperative purchasing agreement for the procurement of goods with one or more public procurement units in accordance with an agreement entered between the participants.
* The current term of the Omnia Partners contract expires on August 31, 2027.

RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, there is a need to have a maintenance and service contract for HVAC and BAS owned and operated by Lake County; and
WHEREAS, Facilities and Construction Services identified a cooperative purchasing contract with Trane U.S. Inc., Willowbrook, Illinois, through Omnia Partners to procure the HVAC and BAS maintenance service that was competitively solicited and awarded; and
