Staff Summary

•                     Change orders need to be approved by the standing committees for cumulative net increases over 10%.

•                     The Phase II Engineering for Washington Street project is under an original awarded contract at a maximum amount of $348,447.36.

•                     Change order No. 1 covers additional engineering to complete the plans and specifications that is outside the scope of the original contract.
