Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) Tobacco Free Communities Grant - Kritz

The IDPH has provided the LCHD/CHC a supplemental award in the amount of $90,000 for its State FY2018 Tobacco Free Communities grant contract. With approval, this amount will be appropriated in LCFY19. Funds will be used for a tobacco prevention advertising campaign and to offset staff salaries. As part of the supplemental award, the grant period was extended through July 31, 2019.

To approve the additional grant funding of $90,000 from the Illinois Department of Public Health, to be appropriated in LCFY19, to support a tobacco prevention advertising campaign and to offset staff salaries.
