SPECIAL RECOGNITION
WHEREAS, Tyler Technologies recognizes local governments that positively impact communities using Tyler solutions through their Tyler Public Sector Excellence Awards; and
WHEREAS, entries are judged on Organizational Efficiency and Productivity, Organizational Responsiveness, Business Value, Innovation, Relevance and COVID-19 Response; and
WHEREAS, with aging software systems no longer providing the durability and flexibility needed to operate with success, the Lake County Chief County Assessment Office implemented Tyler’s Enterprise Assessment & Tax software to better serve constituents; and
WHEREAS, Lake County received a 2022 Property & Recording Tyler Excellence Award for increasing the efficiency of data processing and championing the needs of the modern consumer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RECOGNIZED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the Lake County Chief County Assessment Office, led by Chief County Assessment Officer Robert Glueckert, is commended for their hard work and innovation to better serve Lake County and for receiving a 2022 Property & Recording Tyler Excellence Award.
