WHEREAS, there now exists a vacancy as Trustee on the Lake Zurich Rural Fire Protection District Board; and

WHEREAS, the vacancy has an unexpired term ending May 4, 2015; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of James Lang to fill a vacancy as Trustee on the Lake Zurich Rural Fire Protection District Board for a term ending May 4, 2015.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of James Lang as Trustee on the Lake Zurich Rural Fire Protection District Board for a term ending May 4, 2015 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
