•                     That due to the resignation of Gary L. Reis, there will exist a vacancy in the position of Purchasing Agent.

•                     The Lake County Purchasing ordinance requires an individual to act in the capacity of Purchasing Agent to execute contracts.

Body

                     WHEREAS, due to the resignation of Gary L. Reis, there will exist a vacancy in the position of Purchasing Agent; and

                     WHEREAS, the Lake County Purchasing ordinance requires an individual to act in the capacity of Purchasing Agent to execute contracts.

                     NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the Director of Finance and Administrative Services or his designee be authorized to act in the capacity of Purchasing Agent commencing on the last day of work of Gary L. Reis.
