RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, this line-item transfer is to cover the cost of two scheduled FY2026 vehicle replacements; and
WHEREAS, the transfer is necessary as the cost for these replacements was not included in the FY26 budget; and
WHEREAS, this transfer will come from both GOE Contingency and the Sheriff’s Office; and
WHEREAS, this action does not increase budget authority; it only transfers previously approved budget authority from GOE Contingency and the Sheriff’s Office to GOE Capital Outlay.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that line-item transfers in the Fiscal Year 2026 budget, as set forth in the attached listing are hereby approved.
