Staff Summary
• SMC staff needs additional consultant support to complete work program tasks.
• The SMC approved a general engineer services contract amendment #1 on January 9, 2025, for a not to exceed contract value of $324,000.00. To date $275,000.00 of this contract has not been encumbered to a specific task.
• The project identified has been modified since January 2025 Commission approval.
• This project is a multi-jurisdictional project with incorporated and unincorporated areas of Lake County in and around Lake Zurich.
• Project is included in the attached Lake County Administrator's Office 2025 Capital Priorities project list.
• Recommend funding from FY2025 212-4201010-71150 Consultant Budget.
• SMC staff recommends approval of this project.
