WHEREAS, there now exists a vacancy on the Lake County Board of Health; and OR

WHEREAS, the term of Eula Crawford as a Member of the Lake County Board of Health has expired; and

WHEREAS, your Chairman requests that this County Board confirm the appointment of John Landgraf as a Member of the Lake County Board of Health for a term ending June 30, 2016.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by this County Board of Lake County, Illinois, that the appointment of John Landgraf as Member of the Lake County Board of Health for a term ending June 30, 2013 be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
