Staff Summary

•                     In June, 2010 the County Board awarded a $75,000 Brownfield grant to the City of North Chicago for environmental remediation at the north side of Pulaski west of Green Bay Road.

•                     The Brownfield grant agreement will expire at the end of June 2011.

•                     The City is requesting a one-year extension to its grant.

•                     Representatives from the City will be available to answer questions.
